This survey is part of the Digital Workplace Maturity Assessment Tool, designed to help digital workplace and IT leaders evaluate the current state of their capabilities and align them with their organization’s broader transformation objectives. The responses gathered through this assessment are used to evaluate maturity across key domains, identify areas of strength and improvement and support informed planning for future digital workplace initiatives.

The assessment consists of 10 questions and is expected to take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will form the basis of a personalized maturity report, offering insights that can be used for benchmarking and guiding transformation goals and investment decisions. We recommend repeating the assessment every 4 to 6 months to monitor progress and maintain alignment with evolving organizational goals.
