The NTT Hybrid Work(-out) Kick-Off

Discover new ways to architect an effective workplace strategy.

The last couple of years have given organizations an opportunity to architecture productivity, engagement and employee well-being.

Yet for many employees the increased use of videoconferencing has been challenging. Many users complain of Zoom-fatigue or feeling mentally and physically exhausted by video conferencing.

Because videoconferencing is likely to become the preferred mode for business meetings and working from home, it is time to rethink the hybrid workplace strategy.

We all know the phrase: This meeting should be an email. But what about: This meeting should be a bike ride!

Studies show that a 20-minute workout during the working day could improve physical and mental health. Please join us for a combined Online Meeting & Workout, lets work and ride (or run). Not only will you increase your well-being, you can also participate in our raffle to win some prizes.

You need:
  • a phone/tablet/computer with internet access and the ability to attend a MS Teams Meeting,
  • a stationary bike, smart bike or treadmill (at home or health club),
  • water, towel
  • Zwift account (optional)
  • headphones if you share your space (optional)
  • and interest in a very active Hybrid Work presentation.
